Stranded WYD pilgrims finally head to Poland

MANILA, July 17, 2016— There was great sense of relief for Filipino pilgrims to the Word Youth Day in Poland finally able to fly in and out of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Sunday evening. Around 85 WYD delegates of the Manila archdiocese were stranded after Turkish Airline scheduled to fly via Istanbul last night was cancelled due to the military coup attempt in Turkey.
